Customer is saying there will be hell to pay and the most horrifying feedback if they don't get their item on Monday.
Customer quoted: "it takes 1 day from melbourne to Sydney" !!!
Auspost quote:
Between Sydney / Brisbane; Sydney / Melbourne; Melbourne / Canberra ; Melbourne / Adelaide 2-3 days
* These timeframes are guidelines only, and based on reasonable expectations and experience.
Item cost: $4.45
Customer also says: "I've spent over a $100 from your store" blah blah "give me like Royalty".
(last part might have been paraphrased) 😛
How's your day?

And by give me like royalty. I meant "treat me like Royalty".
P.S. no they didn't spend $100- they spent $4.45.
Even if they did spend $100- I can't make the impossible happen.

if they do leave bad FB you can try to have it removed and report them for FB extortion - next day delivery was not part of your description, so they cannot demand it. Ifg the message language was unprintable, you can also report that, from the report link on the message. But I would wait with that after they leave FB. Do not want to annoy the too much 🙂

Keeps us entertained.
Oh they're not stopping 🙂
Apparently they have "15 people" standing by to give us "the worse feedback possible".
Miserable, miserable customer.

Yeh but are they red negs, green negs or grey negs?
According to the Urban Dictionary,a red neg is infinitely preferable ie A light insult wrapped in the package of a complement.:-x

Oh foxy you devil. ]:)
Might give you a few negs myself B-)
Though I have a feeling this customer isn't referring to the urban dictionary "neg".
