One of my sales was cancelled by mutual agreement but a Feedback request still exists on my account.

I can't ask the "non-buyer" for feedback so how do I remove it.

All paperwork has been completed for the cancellation.

I like to keep a clean account page and this entry is driving me nuts.

Ignore it. It will go away 61 days from the original 'sale' date.

There's nothing you can do, you just have to ignore it until the 60 days are up and the reminder will disappear.

If you delete the transaction from your recent sales history, the feedback reminder will disappear.
