One of the most unlucky buyers ever!

I just received a neutral which in itself is no drama.

What is interesting is when you check the feedback she has left for sellers, 7 of the last 12 are for missing & damaged items.

She has received refunds for most of these items - I didn't refund which I assume is the reason for the neutral.

I would have usually refunded but after checking her feedback I decided she is either FOS or should have figured out by now there is a problem with her mail service.

Things that make you go Hmmmmm

Well done for specifying the buyer's ID in your feedback to her so that others sellers can check her feedback for themselves. I just wish that more sellers would do the same thing as it might help put a stop to these dodgy buyers who think they rip off sellers with impunity.

One of the most unlucky buyers ever!

We had a very similar one of these just recently who had a terrible history of INR against other sellers.

She claimed that the two items we mailed out 3-days apart had gone lost. Not very likely.

We refused to refund/resend based on her history so she got angry and opened two INR cases with PayPal and left us two big red dots.

Although we used untracked regular mail PayPal sided with us due to her bad history and our good history and ruled case closed NO FAULT. So she got her refund but not from us.

After some lengthy haggling with ebay supervisors they also removed the two red dots due to her bad history.

They said her account was coming close to closure, so they could see more than we could on the feedback.

Both they and PayPal agreed that the likelihood of both packages not arriving was remote.

She had even validated that the address was correct.

So all up a good outcome in the end.

Thanks for putting the name in your feedback followup (as we also do) as we have now added this one to all our BBLs

If you would like the name of the one we had trouble with just PM me and am happy to pass it to you. As since the FB was removed by ebay you now cannot see the name in our case.

For what it's worth, I'd draw CS attention to her.  Send them an email asking them to check out the feedback of your latest neutral.  They may do something ......??

Looks like she hasn't paid for some things either. One in April, another directly after your feedback.

It's amazing the run of bad luck she'd had. Seems to have had a lot of items not arrive and the ones that do arrive, arrive broken. Poor love. If I was having such luck, I'd be inclined to stop buying of Ebay I think!

I'd be careful about drawing attention from CS about the feedback as you name the buyer in your response. Might get you a slap on the wrist?

We had also named the buyer in our feedback reply. And we negotiated for removal of the negs. But nothing was ever mentioned by CS about the naming in our replies. So I would guess from that it's OK to do it.
