Opt out of click and collect button does not work

I've followed the path to get to the opt out of click and collect as follows:

Go to My eBay / Account / Site Preferences / Postage Preferences / Offer Click & Collect / change to Opt Out

But the Opt Out button wont work, it's just a graphic, there's no link behind it.

Does anyone else have this problem or a way around it?

One way to get rid of it would be to increase your handling time to 4 days or more.

I just took a look at the options for changing handling time on a new listing and they are same day, 1 business day, 2 business days or 3 business days. So no getting around the C&C option there.

if it isn't working it may just be a glitch

keep in mind that if you remove click & collect that your listings may go down in "best match".

It is not a bad thing to have on your listing, you do no differently than you would normlly do as far as sending, it will just be addressed to a local store/pickup point nominated by the buyer rather than a home address.

Yes, I found that earlier thread and followed the path to the opt out button. The problem is opt out button does not work. A software/tech issue I think.

You are probably right about no harm leaving C&C in place. I would just like a choice and these seem more and more limited.
