Have you fully signed up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell?
Your completed items show the phone sold on December 27, so with the 14-30 day hold on funds for all new sellers (including sellers who have not sold in a long time like yourself) will apply
If you have not signed up, you will not be paid at all until you do
The buyer has not left feedback either, so that won't help things move any faster
Did you upload tracking to the sale?

So you have signed up to Managed Payments and been verified to sell?
As said, the hold of 14-30 days will still apply even if you have, which is the reason you have not been paid
The buyer sending you a message isn't the same as the buyer leaving feedback and won't count towards an early release of funds
Since it is an expensive item, the hold on funds is more likely to be closer to the 30 days than the 14

Apologies I forgot to answer that I have not signed up to that . I will look into how to do that

That would explain why you have not been paid
It's been the only option for sellers to be paid for almost 6 years
The money has nowhere to go since you've not signed up

Sandy, it beggars belief that eBay STILL allows "sellers" to list without signing up for Managed Payments, especially for expensive items like the OP's. 😠
