Hello. I have sold a phone, the buyer has received it but doesn’t know how to mark it received so I havent been paid . What should i do

Inl still have no idea about managed payments. I cant find it anyway. Ebay has my correct bank account, im unsure what to do

Thank you. I did add it but she said that it wasnt showing , i have looked it up on Aus post, she has received it and msged to confirm she has received it
