Have just had a return request as the buyer stated the item had removable shoulder pads & she was too short to wear the item so it wasnt as described ????-I just gave up & refunded Now i have 1.99 ?? under 2.00 do any restrictions apply Im too tired to think today --Ive had a great ebay experience & great buyers until now--Love reading the boards & all the advice & regular posters comments---Thanks
