Earlier in the year I was selling products showing Harley-Davidson’s trade marks. The products were not genuine Harley-Davidson merchandise, and I was not authorised by Harley-Davidson to sell the products or use the trade marks. I sincerely apologise to Harley-Davidson and to any other persons affected by my actions.

So did you get fined for doing it or just don't do it again or else?

Maybe the OP is advertising.

i had that thought too, how to get people to check you listings out hmmm?

Why would you write an apology on here where HD would never see it? Wouldn't you be better apologising on their site? Are you just trying to advertise your other knock off t-shirts? Do you have permission from those other companies to use their logos? If not, you could easily land yourself in big strife as big names like that don't like it when people knock off their logos. They have a lot more money than you and can pay a lot more for lawyers than you.

Have realized that it was just a advertising ploy lol.
OPs sales are pretty poor so had to try something to get people looking.

The funny part is, if that's the case, it could backfire big time. I wonder what would happen if someone here decided to report all these fake name t-shirts and eBay decided to take them down? I can't be bothered as I don't have a lot of time at the moment, but there are plenty here who would happily report him. I personally think it would be hilarious!
