Hi, can anyone advise what happens now. I have had potential bidders messaging me about things that they missed out on due to the crash. The call centre knew nothing. Most of the items affected are now showing in my unsold items, even though they may be paid for!!! I want to start cancelling transactions and refunding paypal. Any advice?

Wait until someone with more experience comes along - but my advice would be do not cancel anything and do not refund anything.
Bearing in mind that cancellations and refunds earn you automatic defects.

From what I have read & saw last night, ebay had another worldwide "razz" last night. I would give ebay a call and ask to speak with a Supervisor and see if they can provide you with some advise on how to procede.

I would hate to think that ebay would penalise anyone for something that was totally out of their control. Let's see ey ? ๐

Suggestion on another thread was to check your Paypal account as those purchases which may been paid for with Paypal will show up there. Others waiting for an invoice will be harder to sort out. Good luck

Good result, free relisting, no fees to pay, no penalty for cancelling listings etc. Buyer cant leave negs or low ratings. Ebay looking after sellers this time! I have it in writing too!
