Can somebody please please please put the link in for closing a npb case. Everytime I try to close via dropdown box, the options display for half a second then it buggers off. For the love of god its soooo frustrating.

If a buyer pays for an item via paypal and picks it up, you lose the case (generally) if a buyer pays now via paypal then say's i should have paid cash on pick up, i used to be able to refund the paypal money no worries. Now if i do it i get a defect...
