Paid postage but didn't use the postage paid for

I paid for Aust Post postage but didn't use the postage paid for as the buyer wanted express post. Can I get my postage cost back?

If you bought a label, yes you can cancel it to get a refund.

But it takes some time to get the money back as AP needs to make sure it hasn't been used.
