I got a buyer that bought the wrong game and is asking me if i will be willing to do a return/refund (less what it cost me to post the game, obviously) with the buyer paying for return postage,
i know ebay and paypal give you the fees back when you do a total refund
my question is? does ebay and paypal give you the fees back or a percentage of the fees, if you do a partial refund?
