Love how some sellers think they can deny the buyer using PayPal for payment. Going as far to cancel the auction and refunding the funds. Rules are rules, and apply to all of us.

if they do that you can leave negative feedback to warn others about how the seller operates.

I agree unless it is a pick up item in which case I can understand the seller being wary, especially if it is an expensive buy. Cash on pick up is much the best option for both buyer and seller.
