The shoes ? Because you have G pay in the listing the money will go through "Managed Payments", have you completed the process of signing up and verifying your account ?
As eBay sees you as a "new seller" you funds will be held for 30 days or until you can show by feedback and/or tracking that the item has been delivered. That does not mean that you can hold the item until payment has cleared into your account. You MUST send the item as soon as eBay notifies you that the payment has been received by them.

Agree @sugar - I'm amazed how many people claim, with zero evidence, that people are leaving the site en masse when the reality is that the the OP has no clue about how the new system works because of their own lack of knowledge or due diligence.
OP, the money won't be going anywhere for several weeks as you are an intermittent seller and you need to "prove" yourself again to Ebay, so the funds are held in reserve.
OP, the shoes you sold were pickup, so why didn't you arrange to get the funds in cash when the buyer came to your door? Your post is confusing - there is no postage, but you say you are sending the item in your message. If you're paying, then it will probably cost you just under $10 to post shoes, plus the fees are around 13.4%. You might clear $8 when all is said and done.

Yet another person making this claim. I want proof, so I can tap into the categories of those that are leaving in droves, so I can capitalise on it.
Yet, as usual, it's a false claim that they can't prove. Probably makes them feel better about themselves. Maybe to get people to feel sorry for them?

Oh, but I thought you did work for ebay? Way to ruin my fantasy. Thank you so much for that.
