Payment Holds

Quick question, 

I've just sold 2 items, paid and sent both with tracking info and was just wondering if EVERY item I sell will have a 21-day hold of my payments.

I have received both payments in my PayPal account but it is on hold.  (First item has been confirmed delivered 7 days ago)

or is there a way where I can reduce the hold time?

The 21 day hold is because you are a new seller. I have read that positive FB from the buyer at completion of sale can speed up the hold wait, but this is not a guarantee as eBay seem to have different rules all the time.

You could contact eBay via Live Chat, but again not sure this will help.

If you can show delivery by tracking and/or feedback left by the buyer a phonecall to Paypal should release the funds.
