Okay, I give up!!! After three days of signing in over and over again and after choosing my payment options (no, I don't want to use my credit card), how do I get off this roundabout of how I am to be paid/pay sellers fees?
It doesn't matter what I do I can't finish this listing!!
Help! When I used ebay a few years ago, it just wasn't this complicated!!

You do not have to pay your fees with your CC.
All you have to do is have it on your account.
I pay the fees by clicking on make a 1 time payment a couple of times in the month so when the invoice is sent from ebay I owe nothing and you can select where you want the payment to come from and I select paypal.
As for the signing in have your cleared your cookies and cache as this helps sometimes.
Other than that download firefox browser to use for ebay as it is more user friendly and less issues with ebay.

You may not want to use a credit/debit card to pay your fees but you may have to link one to your account for verification purposes. Why not just choose to pay your fees with a card, see if you can complete the listing and then change your fee payment method back to Paypal or bank account.
I presume you have tried the usual clearing cookies and a different browser to cure a sign in loop.
If you still can't list just give ebay a call.

yes, things have changed since a few years ago, and as the others have said you must have a cc on file to verify your account and register so that ebay know they will be paid their fees as and when they are due.
