Payment/Shipping/Returns Policies

Has something changed? I've been selling some items without any problem but now, when I try to list something else, where I had the above policies now they're missing and when I try to create a policy I'm told that I can't at the moment. Also I can't switch to Quick Listing.

 

Any clues anyone?

This is somewhat of a common issue, unfortunately. All I know is that several members have reported the same glitch, and the only way I've seen to fix it (if you can't access the opt out option under Business Policies in My Ebay > Account) is to contact eBay, they should be able to do something straight away.

We have had trouble with creating policies for a couple of weeks now, haven't wasted my time contacting Ebay about it.

Thanks all. Somehow I wasn't connected to EBAY Australia but the US? Anyway back to the Oz site and all appears well.
