Have sold goods and can see the amount is on hold. How do I receive payment?

Are you signed up to Managed Payments? Are you on free selling? If so, you’ll have to request your payout.

If no MP eBay will hold your funds indefinitely until you do

You'll need to be registered to sell, verified with both your personal and banking details

Did you  receive the QR code from the buyer ? It prevents a dishonest buyer filing an 'item not received' claim for a pick up item
