Payment not recieved in bank

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about a recent transaction concerning a jacket purchased by a buyer. The buyer has completed the payment, and I have received confirmation that the funds were released from eBay. However, it has now been a week since the funds were released, and I have not yet received them in my bank account.

Could you please provide me with an update on this situation? I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your prompt response.

eBay sees you as a "new seller" so your funds will be on hold. See the link below.

You are not contacting eBay by posting on the member forum

However padi has given you the correct info and the link

As you agreed to when you listed, your funds will be on hold like every other seller who has not sold in some time

Hopefully the bank info used for this sale is also correct and up to date

IF  your funds have been on hold , now released and the payment  is not showing in your account, there may be a problem with your bank account.

Follow the prompts until you get to the automated assistant and ask to speak to a supervisor.
