Payments are pending from two customers.

I have two payments from two unrelated sales currently pending.

Tracking indicates that both these items have been delivered, yet I still haven't received my money. It's been 24 days since payment, when should I expect to receive my money?

I have been selling for months now and this is the first time this has happened.

Pending or on hold because you are a new seller ?

You might to talk to eBay and/or PayPal about getting payment released. Your feedback isn't exactly glowing, so your account might have been flagged for some kind of restriction.

If you've been selling consistently and getting funds, I'm not sure why you would send items without the payment clearing?

I would have written to the buyers saying that you will send once payment has cleared.

For new sellers or those that only sell on the rare occasion, there is a 21 day hold, but normally funds are released if tracking information is entered and shows delivered.

Sometimes people pay via Echeque, but maybe it bounces and then you have no product and no money.
