Payout was less than it was supposed to be

ive asked eBay to explain this they say it was correct

but my record shows that it was not

what do I do next?

If you, have you taken into consideration all eBay fees?

eBay are explicit about their fees. Are you perhaps forgetting that eBay have subsumed what used to be Paypal fees?
