I sold an item and sent with fully insurance, the item is damaged during the postage, the buyer put in a dispute thru Paypal instead of going to post office and put a claim in and now over a mont of dispute Paypal ask me to refund. I am losing out on insurance that i paid for and now I have to refund the money to the buyer?? where is the protection for the seller? when the item is sent the buyer has the same responsible as the seller, put in a claim form to the postage company so both seller and buyer will get thier money back. Thanks

You do not have to add a poll to everything you post...that poll makes no sense.

If you sent the item with registration and extra insurance you have seller protection.  Just upload the details to paypal and you should not hear any more about it.

Have you asked the buyer to take the item and packaging to the PO to lodge a claim?

If PP is going to refund they will tell the buyer to post it back before they will refund. Have you received it back?  If PP refunds without you having the item returned to you, you need to call them on the number in HELP in your PP account.

Without knowing more, it is difficult to judge.  If the item was not packed properly insurance will not pay anyway.

As said before Pay pal will require Buyer to return Item/s via registered/Approved postage & confirm you got it Before finalised claim.

I would also Ring the help line & tell them how was sent & upload any documents proof of shipment.

You should reply to claim process

I recieved the item today and the part that broken wasn't my and I can prove it but the Paypal decision still in buyer side and Paypal did not give me a chance to explain, thank you for all people replied my post.

CALL PP, log into your PP account > help >  there is a phone number, call it, enter the code they give you, and explain what has happened.

You could also contact the buyer and explain to them that unless they immediately repay the money, you will be handing the matter over to the on line squad of police.  And give them your ban details for DD.

OP this post is a bit confusing. Are you saying the broken part isn't yours (i.e. isn't what you sent) or that the damage is not your fault?

Should have been BANK details  🙂

I read it as that the item sent back was not the one the OP sent, but then again TGSE you may be right.

Hope the OP will come back.
