I sold an item and sent with fully insurance, the item is damaged during the postage, the buyer put in a dispute thru Paypal instead of going to post office and put a claim in and now over a mont of dispute Paypal ask me to refund. I am losing out on insurance that i paid for and now I have to refund the money to the buyer?? where is the protection for the seller? when the item is sent the buyer has the same responsible as the seller, put in a claim form to the postage company so both seller and buyer will get thier money back. Thanks

PAYPAL DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU!
Why should PP "care"???!!!!! They are dealing with facts as they are presented to them. The buyer claimed SNAD and provided proof of posting it back; it is up to the OP to prove their claim.
PP is not in position to investigate fraud, that is what police is for. And longer the OP will be messing around harder it will be.

Hi all,
First of all I thank you for all advices and your time.
I am not ignore your advices at all, every advice is a valuable one and I am taking it seriously.
The reson why I called PP was because I didn't get thru the first time and I just want to make sure when I go to the police that I already contacted PP.
I will go to the police tomorrow and report the case.
I am sorry if I make anyone angry or feel like wasting your time.
once again thank you all for your advices and valuable time.

Don't ask for advice if you don't want to follow what information you are given.
Now that is a corker of a statement ...read it a few times over a cupla days........................makes me cac............... everytime................. definitely no good wasting all that....... "advice" .............. and remember the braff's ethos
Advice = an opinion or recommendation .......................
good advice = an adjective followed by a noun
... but wait for it...
Bad advice = an adjective followed by a noun
..... so braff is your "advice" following order only for the good advice or for the bad advice as well... for all advice regardless........
please advise????
advice..... obviously for some to be blindly followed............
woops I am laughing again.... I gotta stop opening this thread
