Paypal still holding funds after Ive completed all requirements for established seller, why?

Ok so paypal have been holding my funds because im a new seller, it said that i need to be selling for 30 days and have 5 DSR, i have completed these and today is the 30th day however all of my funds are still on hold. When will these be released??

when the 30 days (to the minute) haver expired - and then when they all get back from Church cos it's Easter in America atm

I'd give Paypal a phone call tomorrow on the 31st day if they have not be returned. 

That way you can clarify the exact timing of the return of your funds.

The days revolve around US time, just like it can sometimes be fourteen or fifteen hours into the first of the month before you get your free listings showing as available.
