Pick up instead of posting

My buyer and I arranged pick up once we learnt we were in neighbouring suburbs. I reimbursed the postage cost she paid when she picked up. How can I change the order status to delivered to release the payment? Or can only the buyer do that? It is still showing as ‘posted’.  There doesn’t seem to be any pre-existing answer in the help menu and the AI assistant doesn’t understand what I am asking. Thanks to anyone who might have the answer as I don’t sell things here much.

The only way for a pickup item to be marked as picked up is with a code the buyer receives when selecting that option.

The buyer didn't select pickup, so no code exists.
