Hi all
I wisdh to know where I stand with Ebay in selling some Playboy Trading Cards from the 1990's. Some of them are mild nudity. eg Brests, Am I allowed to list them on Ebay Australia with images? If so how do I know the buyer is 18+ Thank You

Yeah, but if it is illegal, that doesn't help the OP -
it is illegal to supply alcohol to a minor, even if they are in a place where they claim to be over 18. The minor may get into trouble, but the supplier sure does.

Not having a go at you but you are stating as a seller what if you were a buyer and not registered to sell Do Ebay check your age..????

crow, it is in the terms and cionditions
all members, whether, buying, selling or lurking agree that they are 18 or over.

In regards to nudity/adult content. What about people selling lingerie? Some of the photos really dont leave all that much to the imagination....
