Dear Ebay,
I have noticed that there are many sellers on ebay selling alcohol on ebay. Seems to be the go is to write down a fake liquor license number on their listing and it will make the sale. This seems to be quite a common practice as I can point out many cases already.
What I suggest to Ebay is that any sale of alcohol on this website should cease because Ebay is clearly not checking valid liquor license numbers. I also will report these activities to the appropriate Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation in all states and I will have them investigate the activities that are allowed to take place on Ebay.
Enough is enough of these slopy practices .......
These bottles could already be in children's hands..........

voting against wont help the outcome .......its against the law to sell alcohol with out a license. There currently listing on ebay that are breaking the law and its fraud to advertise with a fake or stolen or borrowed license number so THESE ARE THE FACTS AND WILL BE FOUND OUT IN AN INVESTIGATION .....all alcohol sold on ebay will be audited... I promise

Kids are not likely to be buying alcohol from eBay. You need to be 18 to have an ebay account, they would also need to have a bank account or credit card or a paypal account. Then they would have to wait days for it to arrive and make sure they got the mail not mum or dad... this is the generation that can't wait for anything, they are more likely to purchase alcohol from their local bottlo and get 18yr old jo blow down the road to buy it for them or use a fake ID... rather than go through all the rot just to get alcohol off of ebay. :^O They're too useless.

if it means that much to you just report the listing
what are you hoping to achieve by starting a thread on CS about it?
other than getting mugs all excited ๐

You might want to rephrase that post, I don't know whether it was what you are intended, but the way you have worded it would read to most posters llike a direct accusation against the poster immediately above you indicating that you believe he/she is engaging in illegal conduct on Ebay - and that, my friend is defamation!
