Hello,
I am new to Ebay, only be here less than 2 months. Currently I got 18 positive feedback. However, shown on my ebay list, my store only have 13 feedbacks. 13 is what I got for September. How can I let my total positive feedbacks figure shown with my list? Thank you.

U have had the same buyer for 7 items within a week, which is classed as 1 feedback, as the previous answers say.
If U click on 'How is Feedback percentage calculated?' - U will find this:
The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time). |
Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the recent ratings table. |

(There has to be a week or more between feedback from one person for it to count). I just had a look at your feedback and I can't come up with 13 either (I actually only get 12). Hopefully someone more experienced comes along and can explain how it works a little more competently than me 🙂
