I presume you mean for things that are delivered by courier as it would be foolish not to use the ebay postage field for both flat rate and calculated delivery by AP.
If it is for freight then unless you can find a calculator for the company you use in html format you will just hve to giver the cost to different states or ask people to email for a quote.
