Postage labels are printing 22kg or 22 Cubic

Since last Thursday, all my ebay labels are printing 22kg or 22kg cubic. The parcels weight less than 1 kg

Any ideas??

I to have had same problem. I contacted ebay and was told a "ticket" would be issued blah blah for tech people to solve. Will see what happens. For me it seemed only parcel post items had the issue and not items for 500gm satchels? For me overall though ebay seems one hell of a frustrating way to try and make a decent buck! To many fees and a hair pulling website.

Same issue.  My item was less than 800g. Final printout said 22kg.  It was posted within VIC.  I just posted it anyway.

The buyer received the item but my ebay postage fee says $10.05 instead of the $9.90 that was stated when I printed the label.
