Postage

I recenttly listed an item 142078823831 which I specifically noted "Buyer to pick up", but a successful bidder read off the listing that there was postage available. I have a second listing in which is clearly stated "Buyer to pick up" but the same result occurs. How do I ensure that postage is NOT applicable please? What am I doing wrongly when listing?

Cheers

Tim

Should be able to revise your listing to say pickup only - what happens when you try to do that?

Your listing definitely states $10.05 postage to my location in Sydney.

I very much doubt that you would be able to send by any method for that amount.

The statement at the end of your description that it is Pik Up Only means nothing....it is what is in the Postage that is important.

Listing says: $15.75 postage to me in Adelaide....revise your listing and you also have room in the title to say - pick up only (add your postcode)

just had a look at listing a new item, brand new listing page!

heaps more info required by the looks of it.

this was clicking on the 'sell' button at the top left of page.

typing in a subject, then selecting the best catagory from the list (this is also new looking)

there's a dropdown box under DOMESTIC POSTAGE; choose: No postage - pickup only
