Hello Everyone,
I have been reading the posts regarding Free Postage and have decided to add a disclaimer into my listings. Can anyone offer their opinion on what I am doing. The inclusion is:
OUR PRICING AND "FREE" POSTAGE
Our item pricing includes the production of the item, packaging and transport costs, EBay and PayPal fees, and where "free" postage is offered, the cost of postage.
Many thanks
Robert

As a buyer I think that disclaimer is fair and easy to understand but having bought online for over 14 years I can also easliy distinguish 'added' costs to an item and I really don't expect sellers to explain their postal fees.
As a seller I probably would not put anything in the listings . I've never had a problem with postage charges , free or otherwise .
Perhaps if you have had enquiries on postage or packing charges in the past then it might be something that suits your listings .

Hi phorum, Just something I read on another thread, have you had any of your free postage items go missing in post? If you have did you refund the full amount, or only some... just wondering what I will do (touch wood).

EBay and PayPal fees
Nope - you can't do that, these are sellers expenses and if you include in pricing I would keep that to myself.
You can't please all the people all the time, so now I just please myself
