I have been printing my own Postage Labels for years. They were always in black. Yesterday I printed two, and they both have a red bar at the top and no longer do they have "signature required" printed on them. Scanning the barcode shows they do indeed have signature on delivery. No help at the Post Office, just wrong information as usual. I just wish they would admit they don't know instead of the usual totally wrong information. I tried ringing Customer Service, but declined the 25 minute wait. Just wondering if anyone knows what the change means. I was wondering if the red bar indicates "signature on delivery" and that is why it is not written on the label anymore. Has anyone got any clues? I can't find any information on the Australia Post website.

Like you, my stripe across the top has always been black. That recently changed to show the red. I wasn't expecting it when it showed up. I'd only seen it show up on MyPost.

"Yes, the eBay code imports to MyPost appended to the address, but just click on Turn on auto-complete and the address will appear in the drop down list, click on the right one and it will wipe out the eBay code.
Two clicks is much easier than manually editing each line..."
Except I dont want to wipe out the code.

I chatted to an Ebay help person today and apparently they have had a lot of feedback about this and are working on it.
In the meantime I just put some brackets around the code in blue pen to hopefully help the delivery people figure it out! Since I already have a pen ready to sign the security declaration it's easy to remember, as an interim solution.

We have always printed our labels in Black, stopped using the colour tab ages ago.
Saves on our colour cartridges, and no difference over the counter at the PO.
