Hello, looking for some advice. Tonight I'm having great difficulty listing items for sale. The template that appears seems to be an old style one, for example I can't edit the listing (the template I usually use allows you to add or delete those sections you don't require), also in the picture section its asking for a URL rather then the box I usually see that has "browsw" and allows you to add pictures you have stored (in my case fro IPhoto in my MAC).
I can't work out what the problem is and why I'm being directed to this old style template.
In the past I don't have any special saved templates, I just go to the start selling tab, enter the type (in my case magazines) and a great template is there and I add the info.
I'm tearing my hair out. Any assitance is greatly appreciated.
Regards
Lisaa

Not sure if what you are viewing is a glitch - sounds like it.
Have you tried just clicking sell similar on your current or finished listings ? and editing the listing template that comes up at that point.

It might not be the issue, but try clicking the Add or Remove options in the sections that aren't displaying the options you're expecting.
Usually, if you're only seeing the image upload option via a URL, it's a JavaScript issue, so it might help to do an update if you haven't for a while.

I have had dramas all day with either a new listing, sell a similar item or merely editing an existing listing. The website just won't allow any editing. Emailling them does SFA as you get the standard copy/paste response from the email.
Okay in saying that, where has "Live Chat" been hidden. I wanted to ask a quick question about this issue but cannot find the feature ANYWHERE!!
Ebay, what's going on?
