Hi. Is anyone else having issues trying to call CS. I've called (numerous times) entered the Special code thing to verify my account, which they say it is, then I immediately get an email saying they couldn't verify it, the voice on the phone then says I need to call back within office hours. The email states I need to Verify my personal details. Have gone and checked the details and they are correct. Does anyone know of any issues or something I am missing here.

I think the problem is that you are calling out of hours.
Did you try again during office hours as you were told to do?
Are you using the 1800 number.....that will take you direct to the US site but you will not pay as it is an Australian Freecall number.

Have you tried requesting a call back ?
