And it is still current.....it has been added to on a regular basis.
It has not been allowed to die completely before being ressurrected by someone with nothing helpful to add.
It is not like a thread about problems with ebay/paypal where the rules change and old threads become useless of offering any meaningful help.

It is considered polite, if you are going to quote somebody other than yourself or the person you are addressing, to attribute the quote to the originator.

You can presume whatever you like, as long as when you quote me, you attribute it to me.
And that statement was obviously in reply to a rant about something other than Fastway. And, no, I am not going back to find out, as I have better things to do with my time.

Oh for heavens sake, let people have their rants about Fastway....it is not doing any harm.
The bad service from Fastway is legendary and it does not look like it is going to change anytime soon. Unlike the rules on ebay and paypal that change over time, no-one who posts on this thread is asking for advice on how to get satisfaction for a problem.

So Nothing has changed, but while companies keep using them it never will.
Fastway Couriers, what a joke of a business, deliver a parcel to 73 instead of 19 & then ignore my attempts to have the issue resolved. There isn't even a 73 in my street, the incompetent morons lack the intelligence to use a map or a gps to get the right address. Then they lie to me during phone calls, ignore emails. Over & over trying to get through their thick heads that the photo taken by the driver who delivered the parcel of a letter box with 73 clearly shown on it refused to believe it was not my address of 19 clearly shown on their website tracking.
After 4 days of lies & bull**bleep** I went driving around looking for a letter box with 73 on it & type of fence shown in the picture sent to me & was able to track my parcel NO THANKS to Fastway **bleep**holes.
NEVER USE THESE INCOMPETENT & IGNORANT COURIERS.
Picture sent from Fastway to show delivery. Can anyone see 19 or make 19 out of the 73 I see. Useless incompetent couriers & not the first problems I've had with Fastway. And there are countless stories online of their incompetence.
