How do I add a Valid Product Identifier?

I've received a message about some retro electrical items telling me that I need to do this and don't know how

If you don't have a MPN then select 'does not apply' if you become required to making a selection.

Otherwise ignore the message as it is no doubt a blanket automated message for certain categories.
