Promotional offer question

At the bottom of my selling page there is no mention of how many listings I should have this month but there is this line -

Take advantage of our listing offers and save. Find out how

When I press it all it does is take me to the page on insertion fees, no mention of any kind of promotional offer.  Plus it's the first of the month and it's not even saying anything about 40 Free Listings for the month. 

Does anyone else have this?

Check that you have opted in to receive any special offers. In your My eBay under the Account tab click on Communication Preferences and right down the bottom In Promotions and Surveys select any that you wish to opt in to.

Any listing offers will be sent by email or  show in your All Selling page.

Your tally for the 40 free listings won't show in your All Selling page until you've done your first listing of the month.

That line only appears until you start to list items.  After you have listed one, scroll down again - then it will show how many listed, how many left.

Re the promotional offer, as I put on another thread - once I clicked onto 'All Selling' the promotional offer was up the top of the page, ready to be accepted.  Try it, I'll be interested to find out if it works for others.

Hi

I've done all that and nothing.  I've clicked on the all selling & I just get ads.  I've checked at the bottom of Promotions & Surveys and everything is already ticked.  I used to get the 100 free listings as well but I haven't had any the last 3 times they've been given out.

The offers are random. I haven't received the last couple on this ID but I have on other IDs.

I've got a little button down the bottom that says something like accept offer on a seperate line to where my usual 40 listings show up. It's on some accounts, not others. I assume this means that I don't get the offers on the accounts where there is no little extra button to accept.

On the account that i would have liked the 100 free, I have just the same as you, the link to listing prices.

so it looks like that your account in question didn't get the offer this round.

I also received the offer on two other id's, but not this one.  Then I did what I said above and it worked.  Sorry that it hasn't worked for you - I'll say 'yet', because it may appear.  Who knows?  Go figure eBay's rationale and we'll all be better off.
