From a multi-quantity Buy-It-Now listing, a buyer bought a single item but from viewing my seller invoice, there were two identical FVF fee entries within literally a second of each other. The separate FVF for the postage component was as normal.
Always check your seller invoices. This isn't the first time there has been issues like this as shown below.
