Koo wee our store ID been rated as below standard on the global scale for some time now, selling limits applied, have been gradually dropping international posting of listings when revising (becoming to much of a hassle with all the new ebay rules) all of a sudden this month went from below average to top rated with all green ticks, despite the fact have on all our listings 5 day handling time and most of our deliveries happen before 5 days, but amazingly still restricted to X amount of listings, and sales have rocketed since new rating NOT !!! one sale in a couple of days awesome, made more sales when rated Below standard, Go figure !!!!

Awesome.
I have no idea why you are crowing about being a TRS, especially with your posting ID.
Most of us TRSs will tell you it makes no difference whatsoever to sales.

Sadly, davewil is right. There can be long, dark periods of no sales, and confusing waves of constant sales which suddenly stop for no apparent reason and one enters another dark period again. TRS status doesn't make any difference to this. It's probably just a ploy to get sellers to try and do what eBay wants them to do, making them jump through hoops for buyers and meet certain requirements.

My point exactly, no crowing here just amazed to get that rating with a 5 day handling time, thought that rating was only for same day handling, and 30 day return policy, ours 14 days,

WOW from below standard to top rated what the hell, how did you do that?
I went from below standard and then got the **bleep**en boot outa here lol.

I am a TRS and a powerseller, with a 5 day handling time and a 7 day return policy. What you're probably thinking of is premium seller status where you have 1 day handling time, free postage and 30 day returns. A long handling time doesn't affect my sales at all. The only difference I noticed after changing it to 5 days is, buyers are stoked that their items arrive before the first estimate date. That is evident by my feedback and the messages I receive.
If you're this excited about being a TRS, I can't begin to imagine your reaction when you reach powerseller status!

I kept on getting messages from ebay on how to improve my seller ratings and what I should do,so when I
always went to do what ebay asked of me I kept getting another message saying sorry but your selling has been
restricted and you can no longer sell.
I said to ebay well then why are you sending me messages to sell?, don't any of you communicate so you all know
what you have done to me lol.
Ebay decides form picking numbers out of a hat I think haha.

TRS is - Powerseller ($1000pa and 100 sales) and minimal defects. (What scrambler fell down on, allegedly).
Premium seller - badging of individual listings that fulfill 1 day or less handling time, 'free' postage and an express option. Plus Powerseller.
So one is the requirement for the other, but the other isn't a requirement for the one.

Hi Tippy,
not that excited about it just amazed to be rated as TRS when just ignoring all Ebay recommendations to become a TRS seller, and was a power seller for many years before all the current carp came into pace.
