Trying to list a patch that say "born used to be wild". Just tried to upload from TL and keeps coming back with an error because wait for it........ you could be listing an item where the title and the condition of the item differ.
so because the title has the word used in it and I have it listed as new without tags it won't let me upload it.
Things have just got too stupid for words!

How odd - especially since other sellers are able to get away with it. Try items 231681673826 and 331654676857 . I'm not sure if those sellers are doing anything different to you, but it might be worth comparing and contrasting.

And HBH that is exactly what it is ' words ' .
Not surprised given the difficulty they have with the english language.
Reminds me of driving DD to school one morning.
Passing a new store she commented on the name of the business.
How nice says she - ' I'm a Genie '.
NO - it was - IM - A - GINE.
She did go on to do well.

to just ..i would say that the bods stoped the dvds also , and then the seller contacted ebay an explained thats the title of the movie.mmmm
to harley i love some of your patches , but i think if you complain they might have a good look at the rest of your patches and think a few more are a bit risky mmmm have a nice day

Joe nothing they haven't already seen, they have made me edit the ones they thought were as you say risky. Been selling the same for 5 years Joe.
Just to mention this must be a new thing because last time I listed the same patch it was fine.

Clearly the bots now can't distiguish between "used" (as in not new) and "youst" (as in used to be). I wonder how other people get on, like book or DVD sellers, that are listing something as being new but has that in the title? Crazy!

I copped a violation once for listing 'Better than Life', a Red Dwarf book.
The bot decided I was comparing it to something.
Only took 2 of the 3 month period to get T&S to rescind it.

I got to list it but had to remove the word to upload from TL, then had to edit it in ebay to U s ed.
Just crazy

I haven't had the problem (yet) and 99% of my books are used but a good many have "New" in the title.
Harley, eBay seems to observe punctuation marks in search.
Maybe the bots will be confused by something like "Used" or *Used*
