Hello 

I sold an item and my buyer has requested a receipt 

I've googled how to do this but I don't seem to have any invoice options

How do I get my buyer a receipt?

Seller Hub - Orders - click on View Order Details. Top right click on More Actions. Top option is Print Packing Slip and More. There are several options including Order Receipt. It will download as a PDF which you can print.
