I received a stupid offer for one of my items, then it was retracted before i even saw it. eBay message says I can see the reason for the retraction by looking at "history" on the original listing. I can't find this anywhere can anyone help?
Also, the person who made the stupid offer then retracted, is now on my blocked list. My reasoning, is this... ridiculous offer and erratic behaviour, likely to cause problems if they did end up buying it. What do others think?? My family tell me I have done the right thing in blocking her.

In the left margin, it says "no offers received". I can't understand people who make erratic decisions, then change their mind the next minute, like all those non paying bidders and the ones who buy and then change their mind. Total stupidity in my opinion.

I agree, a lot of people I don't understand and their thoughtless behaviour.
The buyer wasn't a doll buyer named suzanne something was it ? (A nightmare buyer from years ago)
Then try going into the listing and click on number of bids (in this case 0) if it's an auction otherwise look at the offer email to see if there is a link there.

Brerrabbit, can't you please please please crochet the packaging for your item? And when you're halfway through, I will ask you for it to be in a different colour? And please please discount it for me, because I am a single mother with a harelip and am a pensioner who can only afford last year's Mercedes?

I'm obviously much poorer than you 'cos my Merc is only a 94 model. It only had 63,000 on the clock when I bought it about 6 years ago for $3K. I've done almost 30,000 kms since then but it hasn't cost me more than $1,000 in repairs. It's not what you know, it's who you know. ๐

I've never heard that one before. I've heard "don't let the past disable you", which isn't quite the same, but I believe in preventing people from wasting my time and having a detrimental effect on my past, present, or future, as much as I possibly can.

I've changed my mind; I'm not a single mother. I'm a WWII veteran with one leg missing and a singed eyebrow. I live in the back of someone's garage and I really really need that crocheted packaging because I will use it as a hat.
