Received stupid offer

I received a stupid offer for one of my items, then it was retracted before i even saw it. eBay message says I can see the reason for the retraction  by looking at "history" on the original listing.  I can't find this anywhere can anyone help?

Also, the person who made the stupid offer then retracted, is now on my blocked list.  My reasoning, is this... ridiculous offer and erratic behaviour, likely to cause problems if they did end up buying it.    What do others think??  My family tell me I have done the right thing in blocking her.

Tough! If you didn't keep your helmet from the war then you don't deserve a hat. Waste not, want not.  And please don't tell me you wore it out from polishing it.

Oh, rats. A disabled one-eyed one-eared limping war veteran in a garage can't get an even break. I'm off to become a politician, and then just wait... I'll get a gold-plated pension and it will be goodbye, garage. Also, I'll lobby for a no-crochet, no sales permit legislation.)

They'll probably say you're too old to be a politican. Them's the breaks.

I've changed my mind; I'm not a single mother. I'm a WWII veteran with one leg missing and a singed eyebrow. I live in the back of someone's garage and I really really need that crocheted packaging because I will use it as a hat.

That reminds me of a rather long poem I heard 30+ years ago about all the Vietnames coming to Australia and cramming all their relatives in a house and charging them rent, then bringing more people in to rent tents in the backyard. At the end it said, "If you no like yellow man, plenty room in Vietnam."
