recenty,i was very very sad,as the problem of transport ,two dear my consumer gave me two bad feedback,:_|,II emailed them to tell them to give them a full refund and re-shipment, ask them to modify Poor, but they did not return my mail, how to understand the customer's heart? have always been trading mainly in order to protect the interests of its customers,To give them the best service,but........

You may think it was funny, but that would be exremely disrespectful to the Chinese.

I have to say spamming boards is a cultural thing?   not sure if thats the right way to explain it.  But if you ever go on the alibaba boards or similar trading sites  you will see that that is all they blooming do.    So after explaining politely to the poster that we do not spam the ebay discussion forums,  it would be fair to offer a polite response to his post where he is clearly seeking help.    I have to agree with assassin the responses do sound a bit racist.
