Recommended Item specifics - books

I see there is now a new "recommended" field they have found to torment me about - INSCRIBED?  YES OR NO?

Do you think that just means "signed by the author or artist"?    what if it has a gift inscription written on "to Dick from Jane for Christmas"  - or even someone's name?    Please tell me that's not "inscribed".   😥

Whether the product includes a note with a dedication from the author, artist and/or another person

As far as I'm concerned, it is a total waste. I consider inscribed to be by the author, so 99.9% will be getting 'No'. Just another way for eBay to waste sellers' time. Like country of manufacture, and most of the other recommended fields.

Very few would not be filled if there was anything relevant to include. Most don't apply to most.
