I've have agreed to refund a buyer for an item I sold. Question is, should I refund him before the item is sent back or should I want until the item is shipped back to me?

If I were the seller it would depend on why the item was being rejected.
If there was something wrong with it and the buyer provided a photo or condition report I would either refund without return or pay for it to be sent back if I thought I could fix it and sell it for enough to make a return worthwhile.
If it was just a change of mind I would certainly want it back in the same condition it was sent in at the buyer's expense.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?
