Refund request

I received a refund request from a buyer.  Normally Im happy to give refunds, assuming they post back in original condition...

But it **bleep** me off when they make false statements.

She states the item is not as described... and the two things that she says arent described, ARE described very clearly in the title AND description (material type, for example, its not complicated or a difference of 'opinion').

Ive sent her a message back saying just post item back to my address and I'll refund the amount she originally paid.   I didnt mention return post, or the false statements.

I have no intention of paying her return post for a change of mind - but, considering she seems to know all the Ebay lingo, and the obvious false statements,  Im suspicious she just went via the refund request route to try to make me pay for the return post as well.

If she tries that, has anyone had any luck with Ebay / Paypal in refusing to pay return post?

Or am I going to have to make a big deal of this again and go through formal routes like the ACCC etc again.. Im getting sick of having to do that because Ebay and Paypal will do anything the buyer requests.

What was the original postage method used in the listing? (I believe this can actually make a difference, i.e. if you used a postage method that's available via eBay's labels).

Free postage. I never use Ebay labels.
