Help me understand this as it seems quite unfair.
Buyer requests refund literally a few hours after purchase due to a mistake they apparently made. When I issue the refund why would eBay take the refund from my available funds then make me wait 24 hours to have that money returned to my available funds?
1. I hadn’t even received those funds from the sale yet.
2. Does that not seem totally unfair?
