I recently sent a Registered International large letter to the US at a cost of $22.90 .The letter contained some collectable postcards for a few hundred $ so I registered it. It is now missing and Ebay say it can not be tracked. Australia Post say it can be and said it is tracked as leaving Brisbane airport. The tracking in the US then used to be able to be checked on Aust Post computers direclyt but as from 6 months ago they have to ask the US to check on their computers. It is now 6 working days and Australia Post still have not come back to me.
This service???? is expensive and very very poor and if it can not be found hopefully I can claim $100 back what a joke.You may as well use airmail as I see it.Can anyone advie me.
